Dr John Thurlow

With a passion for  education and skills development in the formal schooling, pubic and corporate sectors, our resident Doctor of Education puts 100% of his heart and head into every project he undertakes.
Our clients experience his uncompromising level of excellence in project and programme management; coaching and mentoring; training and facilitation, monitoring & evaluation; and materials development.
You will find John at his most dynamic when sharing his wealth of knowledge in formal education, Social Media, Sex Education, Bullying, Substance Abuse, Citizenship Education, Study Skills and Emotional Intelligence.
The academic member of this dynamic duo, John is taking the EQ evolution to new heights.

Kylie Janssens

Kylie is a learning consultant and is highly respected for her work in education and training in the public and corporate sectors. She brings excellence in project management; coaching and mentoring; facilitation; monitoring and evaluation; assessment design and materials development to the table.
Kylie has a BA Honours degree from WITS, and is a registered Assessor, Moderator and Skills Development Facilitator.
Her commitment to improving and promoting quality in Adult Education is evident through her service as an elected member of the Umalusi Accreditation Committee.
Her love of learning and innovation has taken Kylie on an International journey as she shares her passion for the power of
​mobile education.
Kylie is also a member of The Humanity Initiative and a Director at The Learning Academy Worldwide.​
